My steps aren't showing up

Open the iPhone Settings app → Health → Data Access & Devices → Waddlo, and make sure Steps is turned on. Then open Waddlo again. Steps sync whenever you open the app.

How do I join my family's group?

Ask someone in the group to tap Invite. They can send you the link, show you the QR code, or read you the 6-letter code. Then tap Enter a code in Waddlo and type it, or open the link on your iPhone.

When are the results posted?

Every night at 9 pm in your group's time zone. Everyone who walked gets that night's reward. When at least two people walked, whoever walked the most wins and wears the crown the next day.

Notifications aren't arriving

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Waddlo and make sure Allow Notifications is on.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Hero tab → Settings → Delete account. It permanently removes your hero, dragons, step history and group memberships. See the privacy policy for details.
